The Puget Sound men s and women s cross country teams are making their mark in the region. The U.S. Track & Field and Cross Country Coaches Association recently ranked the Logger women No. 4 in the West Region, while the men came in at No. 6.

Several Loggers set personal records as both the men s and women s Puget Sound cross country teams put on a strong performance during the Sundodger Invitational at Lincoln Park in Seattle on Saturday morning.

The Loggers host a total of five home games this weekend while a couple more Puget Sound teams compete on the road.

The University of Puget Sound men s and women s cross country teams opened the 2014 season in strong fashion as they both placed first in the Puget Sound Invitational.
