The Eastern Washington University cross country team finished off the season Friday (Nov. 15) at the NCAA West Regionals in Sacramento, Calif., with the men finishing 19th and the women placing 22nd.

CLAREMONT, Calif. The Pacific Lutheran women's cross country team placed 14 and Alan DenAdel represented the men's team with a 30th-place finish Saturday morning at the 2013 NCAA Div. III West Regional Championships hosted by Pomona-Pitzer College.

Kathryn Flyte finished 5th in the NCAA Division III West Regional Saturday, running the course in 22:20.84. She has a shot at making the NCAA Championship race held Nov. 23. As a team, the women took 10th while the men finished 7th.
